The Department of Energy Funds WAP, Allowing Low-Income Families Access to Free Replacement Windows
The Department of Energy (DOE) pays for WAP, which is run by local companies that follow their rules. They use a Savings Investment Ratio to decide the request of projects (SIR). Low Income Families Can Access Other Free Window Replacement Grants in 2022

Window Replacement Programs for Senior Citizens Include Both LIHEAP and WAP Assistance
