The per-seat price for scheduled flights usually starts at $99 for off-peak, $199 for peak and $349 for premium.

This membership operator offers their Connect package for $3,000 per year. In addition to getting per seat access to a very large number of jets and flights, this membership also allows you access to their Hot Flights – which specialize in “empty leg flights”. These are charter flights that are returning to another location empty. With Hot Flights, you can sometimes be the only passenger on such a flight for as little as $320.

XO has membership plans starting at $600 per year. They offer regular service between New York City and south Florida, which members can get individual seats for under $1,000 each.
