This company offers many free services to eligible customers. Reachout provides a free cell phone and either 125 free cell phone minutes that roll over every month or 250 free cell phone minutes per month that do not roll over. Plus, three-way calling, call forwarding, caller ID, call waiting, select text messaging, and voicemail are all included. Unfortunately, they only serve people from the following states:

Arkansas, California, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Safelink Wireless

They are the biggest and oldest participating Lifeline Assistance carrier. They provide a free cell phone and up to 350 free local and domestic long distance minutes and unlimited text messages every month to eligible individuals. They serve residents in almost every larger state, with the exception of California.
